Plaster mixtures - Kerastuk

Kerastuk plaster mixtures are designed for interior and exterior final plastering. They are part of the marking system „Alphabet of painting“ developed by the company Sedlecký kaolin a.s. for customer’s orientation. The quality management system in Kerastuk production is certified and follows the standard ISO 9001:2000.

Basic components of Kerastuk:

fine quartz sand
washed kaolin
lime and organic binder

Application of the Kerastuk:

Kerastuk plasters are delivered in paste-like consistence for immediate application. The dried coat is white-gray, therefore it need not be always painted. Its consumption depends on the quality of ground surface. With a coherent layer thickness of 1.5 mm, consumption amounts to 3 kg/m².

Sedlecký kaolin a. s. produces two types of Kerastuk:

Kerastuk K for interior thin-layer plastering on masonry or concrete panels
Kerastuk V for exterior thin-layer plastering of less exposed outside surfaces

Kerastuk package:

plastic buckets on a pallet – 72 pieces per 8 kg, 39 pieces per 15 kg
plastic buckets 25 l/40 kg, 12 pieces on a pallet (Europallets, one-way pallet), wrapped in a polyethylene foil,
fixated with a steel band
packages 8, 15 and 40 kg for retail sale and small customers
bags 50 kg with an internal PE bag (not palletized) – for constructions and bigger customers

The Kerastuk plaster mixtures are produced in the Božičany plant.
