Dry mortars and plasters

Masonry mortar 5 MPa

Cement-lime mortar with compressive strength min.5 MPa. It is a mortar for all usual mason works, for supporting walls, partition walls and chimneys. It is not suitable for glass bricks, plaster elements and for jointing. It contains sand with the grain size of 0 to 4 mm, lime hydrate and cement. 25 kg sack is sufficient for 1.6 m2 of 10 mm thick layer.

Manual backing plaster

Cement-lime plaster with compressive strength min. 2.5 MPa. It is appropriate for both interior and exterior use as a background for finishing plaster or ceramic tiles. It contains sand with the grain size 0-4 mm, lime hydrate and cement. 25 kg sack is sufficient for 1.6 m2 of 10 mm thick layer.

Fine plaster for exterior, 1.0 mm

Cement-lime fine plaster – manual finish for exterior and interior use. It is finishing plaster for mineral rendering, especially suited for exteriors. It contains sand with the grain size 0-1 mm, lime hydrate, cement and some admixtures which improve its workability and utility features. 25 kg sack is sufficient for 5.6 m2 of 3 mm thick layer.

Fine plaster for interior, 0.63 mm

Lime fine plaster for manual finish on mineral renders in interiors. It contains sand with the grain size 0-0.63 mm, lime hydrate, cement and admixtures for better workability and quality. 25 kg sack is sufficient for 6,7 m2 of 3 mm thick layer.

Brizolit

A classic, traditional Czech mixture for plastering of exterior walls by manual spreading and scraping or machine spraying. It contains the white sand of Únanov with grain size 0-6.3 mm, lime hydrate and white cement. Thanks to its unique composition, it is pure white and considered the whitest brizolit of this kind on the Czech market. 25 kg sack is sufficient for 1 m2 of 15 mm thick scrapped layer or 4.5 m2 of 7 mm thick sprayed layer.

All dry mixtures are delivered in a new 25 kg “hobby package” on pallets, wrapped in a foil for easier and painless handling.

Dry plasters and mortars are produced in the Únanov plant.
